Pepco ordered to hand over documents
In an order dated Thursday, the Maryland Public Service Commission instructed Pepco officials to hand over internal documents including its storm reports from July 25, Aug. 5 and Aug. 12, WTOP reports.
The PSC also ordered Pepco to hand over any and all documents relating to employee compensation that could be tied to reliability. The commission also ordered the power company to turn over its emergency response plans and all documents on "vegetation management" or tree-trimming.

A public hearing on the recent Pepco outages will be held in Rockville on Aug. 30 at 6 p.m.

Ha! What documents? It's clear that PEPCO has no plans for emergencies. They wing it as the situation arises.
