Prince George's officer dies after car accident

A Prince George's police officer involved in a car accident last month has died of injuries, ABC 7 is reporting.
Prince George's County Police Department officials said he died Tuesday night sometime after 9 p.m.
Police say the officer was responding to a call on Saturday, Feb. 27 when his car hit an icy patch on the road and struck a utility pole.
