Vandalism connected to Md. campaign?
A candidate for the Maryland Senate says someone is using scare tactics to derail her campaign, Fox 5 reports.
Last Monday, Maryland Del. Joanne Benson (D-Prince George's) found the tires on her car slashed. Two days later, she says the tires on her husband's truck were similarly slashed. Both vehicles were parked in front of her home in Landover. Benson told Fox 5, she believes the slashed tires are connected to her campaign for a state senate seat occupied by incumbent Nathaniel Exum.
Senator Exum's campaign denied he had anything to do with the vandalism.
