Woman, 21, killed in Laurel car crash
A 21-year-old woman was killed Saturday morning and a man was injured after their car crashed into a tree in the Laurel area of Prince George’s County, police said.
The crash occurred at about 9 a.m. in the 11600 block of Laurel Bowie Road, authorities said. The woman was put in a helicopter to fly to a nearby hospital, but she died on the way, police said. The man was also hospitalized.
Police did not immediately release the names of those involved in the crash or detail the circumstances.
