Ladies, time to start packing and taking the law into your own hands.

I live in DC, but have noticed how the media reports topics. Had this happened in PG, this would have read "Woman sexually assaulted in PG County". Usually when crime happens in PG, I have to read the article to find out WHERE is happened. Not in this case and other examples. This one happened in Waldorf, as I could read in the heading. Not in Charles County, as I had to read down to see that. Crime happens in Besthesda, it'll say "xyz happened in Bethesda" versus 'Montgomery County'.

It's almost every day this stuff comes up. Frankly, I think they should start mandating self-defense courses for females in high schools and colleges. Teach them how to easily remove an eye or damage a testicle and I would hope that the ladies think about carrying mace or a knife or something that gives free air conditioning.
