A 22-year-old woman who represented Virginia was named Saturday night as the winner of the 2010 Miss America pageant.

Caressa Cameron of Fredericksburg won the competition, perhaps the best known of its kind. This year’s event was held in Las Vegas.

Cameron attended Massaponax High School and Virginia Commonwealth University.

On the pageant Web site, she listed her ambition as working as an anchor for a television news station.

he got the gig after perez hilton hijacked the pageant and turned it into a political stunt for gay marriage, asking questions for which there is no right answer of a person whose opinion doesnt matter anyway. Where is David Haselhoff when you need him.
