More problems, delays for MARC trains

By Washington Post editors

The Maryland Transit Administration has issued an alert that Amtrak reports that all catenary power, the overhead wires that supply power, have been lost at Union Station. Expect delays to all MARC trains.

Earlier on Tuesday a Penn Line train headed towards Baltimore suffered a problem with its locomotive and had to return to the Union Station platform, the commuter rail agency announced.

Stay with Dr. Gridlock for updates.
