No detention center for Pasadena

Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold says state corrections officials have decided against building a detention center in Pasadena, according to WABC news.
Leopold says he has received notice from the Department of Juvenile Services that it is no longer planning to build the center in Pasadena. Leopold says he and Pasadena officials wrote state officials last month opposing the plan.
