NORAD schedules flight exercises for tonight
Yes, we know we said this was going to happen last week, but then the weather got bad and it was postponed and then --
So once again, The Post's Dr. Gridlock reports via the Associated Press that the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is planning exercise flights over the Washington area to begin around midnight and continue into the early hours of Tuesday.
Escape clause: If the weather is bad, the exercise will be postponed a day. More here.
