O'Malley reschedules State of the State -- again
WJLA reports that Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley has rescheduled his annual State of the State address for the second time this month. HIs original speech was scheduled for this evening, but aides pushed it back to Feb. 4 so it would not conflict with President Barack Obama's State of the Union address.
However, the speech is now being moved to Feb. 2 so it won't conflict with the swearing in of Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Sheila Dixon's replacement.
