One person found shot on B-W Pkwy

Authorities said U.S Park Police are looking into an incident in which one person was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a car on southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway, late Sunday night, WJLA reports.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area around 11:20 p.m. and found two people in a car -- one of whom had been shot, officials said. The wounded person was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
