Partial building collapse in SW

The District Department of Fire and EMS is reporting a partial building collapse at 3920 S. Capitol St. SW. Officials said the building is being evacuated, and other nearby buildings appear unstable. Early reports say there are three minor injuries. We will update as soon as more information is available.

SW, or SE? I don't think there is a 3900 block in SW.
