By Clarence Williams

A pedestrian was critically injured Friday night in an apparent hit-and-run incident in Prince George's County, the county police said.

The incident occurred about 9:45 p.m. in the 6300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in the Coral Hills/Suitland area.

Authorities said a vehicle was later found about a half-mile away that appeared similar to the one that reportedly was involved.
