Police say Frederick woman struck 18 cars
Police are charging a 34-year-old woman with hit-and-run and driving under the influence after she apparently struck 18 cars overnight in Frederick.
Police arrested Austina Marie Biggus of Walkersville early Monday morning.
The Frederick Police Department had received numerous reports of a vehicle driving recklessly and striking parked cars. They later found the suspect's vehicle had crashed into a fence near the Allegheny Power site.
Police say the woman also struck a tree, a traffic sign and two gates at Allegheny Power.
No one was injured in the collisions.
