Report: Shots fired near Takoma station

Streets were shut down Friday night near the Takoma Metro station while police investigated a report that one or more gunshots were fired.
D.C. police said no one was hit by gunfire, but an automobile may have been struck. The report came from near 4th and Butternut streets NW shortly after 7 p.m.
