Santa's helpers go riding for kids
Montgomery County police officer Robert Ladany filled in for Santa on Wednesday -- and brought along some fellow officers -- for a fundraising ride.
The officers took a spin to raise money for families staying at the Children’s Inn on the National Institutes of Health campus in Bethesda. Donations will be used to buy gift cards for families that need to buy food and other supplies while their children are being treated at NIH.
Montgomery officers were joined by motor officers from the Gaithersburg police and Maryland-National Capital Park Police.
