Search resumes for missing Virginia toddler

WJLA reports that police are continuing the search for the body of a missing Roanoke toddler believed to have been killed by his stepfather.
Brandon Lockett, 24, has been charged with felony child neglect, improper disposal of a human body and obstruction of justice in the case of 2-year-old Avien Mark Lewis.
