Strathmore cancels weekend concerts

Strathmore has canceled weekend events, including its 5th Anniversary Celebration concert “Luck Be a Lady” on Friday at 8 p.m. The anniversary festivities, including cake and an after party, have been rescheduled to coincide with the Monterey Jazz Festival on Tour concert on Friday, Feb. 19.

Friday night's event, the Gato & the Palenke Music Co. concert, is postponed until Friday, April 9 at 9 p.m.

The entire Strathmore campus will be closed on Saturday, Feb. 6 and Sunday, Feb. 7, including all education classes and performances in the Music Center and Mansion.
