The Naval Academy has said there's not enough evidence to charge anyone with sexually assaulting a female midshipman in June.

Channel 7, WABC, is reporting that the Naval Criminal Investigative Service looked into allegations that a female sophomore was sexually assaulted while on summer training in Norfolk and found insufficient evidence to charge anyone.
