Three injured in partial building collapse
Three people received minor injuries when part of a wall in a Southeast D.C. store collapsed on Monday, fire officials said.
D.C. Fire and EMS said a wall at the Auto Zone at 3920 S. Capitol St. SE collapsed shortly before noon. The building was evacuated; at least three people were found to have minor injuries, said fire department spokesman Pete Piringer.
Officials have set up a perimeter around the Auto Zone because the rest of the building appears unstable, Piringer said.
