Three time deportee arrested in Md.

By Washington Post editors

The Frederick County Sheriff's officice said a Guatemalan man who has been deported three times was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of taking a woman against her will, the Frederick News-Post reports.

Augustine Ramirez-Martinez, 28, of Frederick , is being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center on charges and a detainer by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Ramirez-Martinez after being called to the 6700 block of Black Duck Court about a report that a neighbor saw a vehicle with its windows smashed about 6 a.m. Sunday, Capt. Tim Clarke said.

Police traced the vehicle to Lorena Dequerero, 27. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Ramirez-Martinez on charges of second-degree assault, false imprisonment, resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Authorities think Ramirez-Martinez came into the country illegally in 2001.

He was deported back to Guatemala in April 2003 after he was arrested in Delaware on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

A little more than 2 1/2 years later, he was deported again after Delaware authorities arrested him on charges of reckless endangerment, terroristic threatening, third-degree assault, second-degree kidnapping, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

He was deported for the third time in September 2009 by ICE authorities after the Frederick Police Department arrested him on charges of driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated, negligent driving, failing to stop after vehicle damage, failing to notify the owner of the damage, driving while suspended and without a license.

We have the technology to put a missile fired from an unmanned drone through a keyhole but can't keep bad boy Augustine in Guatemala?
Make it unpleasant enough that he won't want to return!

If he's here illegally how can he be "of" Frederick?

I thinks he's "of" Guatemala.

Isn't there an oil leak in the Gulk we can blow his body into to help stop it?

Isn't there an oil leak in the Gulk we can blow his body into to help plug it?

Wow, some illegals come to this country to try and get work. Mr Ramirez-Martinez obliously comes to this country to commit crimes and get arrested. I'm sure CASA-Maryland is going to say he was racially profiled by the police.

Just one more of the thousands of examples of dereliction of duty on the part of law enforcement.

Until we prosecute and incarcerate elected/appointed officials who allow this illegal alien invasion to continue we will continue to read about more and more Americans harmed at the hands of illegal aliens.
