A.M. peak of the peak surcharge delayed
Metro rail commuters will get a few weeks' reprieve on paying the new peak of the peak morning surcharge, Dr. Gridlock reports.
The transit system is still working to adjust its fare programming, so that extra 20 cent charge during the morning peak that was to go into effect Monday will be delayed.
Afternoon peak of the peak rider should be prepared for the higher fare, however. There will be no delay for them.
Check out Dr. Gridlock for more details.
