Audit to show mismanagement at VDOT
Virginia's transportation secretary is sounding an alarm about a damning report that's expected to bring major changes to the state's transportation agency, WTOP reports.
Secretary Sean T. Connaughton says the results of a months-long audit will soon be announced, showing serious mismanagement within VDOT. Without spelling out the specifics of the audit, Connaughton talked about personnel and policy changes that are on the way.

Good thing we spent more money on another report rather then actually fix or build a road.

It's McDonnell's VDOT now. And the legislature in VA is always majority Republican. Apparently everyone was asleep at the switch.
