Connecticut Avenue has reopened
Conn. Ave. closed for suspicious package
8:45 a.m.
The District Department of Transportation reports that Connecticut Avenue is closed in both directions from McKinley to Legation Street. Police are investigating a suspicious package near a Starbucks.
