Dulles tolls to benefit charities
No one likes paying tolls, but perhaps knowing that on Thursday the money collected will benefit charitable organizations might ease the pain.
Fares from the Dulles Greenway will go to Drive for Charity Day, an initiative in which all of Thursday's toll proceeds will go to charitable organizations in Loudoun.
The charities are: March of Dimes (National Capital Area chapter); Every Citizen Has Opportunities; Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter; FreshAir/Full Care; Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy; and the Dulles Greenway Citizenship Award.
