Near the end of the clip, watch for the vigilant Metro station manager to come running to assist the passengers...oh, wait...that didn't happen. S/he was probably busy texting or web surfing in the booth, like 90% of Metro workers. Riders, let's document and post images that show the culture of indifference and irresponsibility pervasive in Metro, here and elsewhere. Maybe it will catch someone's attention.

Last week, a rookie Metrobus driver on the 16G route closed the door on my wrist. He mumbled something about trying to close the back door--but didn't apologize. The supervisor was right there and did/said nothing. I spoke to him at Pentagon City when I got off, and he was SO RUDE. Calling to complain will do nothing. Does anyone have the names of those responsible for this mess of a system (aside from the top guy)?

@Kt76 and they wonder why Metro Drivers and Station Operators get hurt while on the job? SMDH These goons don't get paid cheap okay!! They should have a little class or compassion or freaking something!! Metro is shot he hell and they need to be investigated along with Pepco. We pay all this money for services and what do we get in return nothing but hard times. JMO
