Overturned tractor trailer on Md. Beltway

Some morning commuters already are encountering delays as they contend with the strong, steady rains and standing water.
A jackknifed tractor trailer is blocking three Inner Loop lanes on the Beltway just north of Bradley Road, according to Maryland State Police.One lane is getting by, authorities said. They hope to have the road reopened by 6:20 a.m.
