Traffic delays on Rte. 1 in Howard

Motorists should expect lane closures and traffic delays along Route 1 on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Howard County police say.
Police officers and supporters of the Law Enforcement Memorial Run traveling from Philadelphia to Washington will be passing through the county on Route 1 south from the Baltimore County line to the Prince George’s County line.
