Two injured in home invasion
Anne Arundel County Police are investigating a home invasion in Odenton in which a man was shot several times and a woman was also injured, according to WABC news.
Police say two suspects forced their way into a home in the 500 block of Williamsburg Lane about 9 p.m. by overpowering a 71-year-old man. They struggled with a 24-year-old man, who was shot several times, and a 21-year-old woman who received apparent blunt force trauma injuries.
The 71-year-old man was uninjured.
The man and woman were taken to the hospital; the man is in critical condition. The woman was treated and released.
