Two shot in Capitol Heights

Two people were shot in Capitol Heights Friday night, near the District line, Prince George's County police said.
The victims were found near Southern Avenue and Marlboro Pike just before 9 p.m. said Cpl. Henry Tippett, a police spokesman. Both were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not known. Details about the circumstances of the shooting were not available.
