Va. man beaten after argument at store
A 40-year-old Herndon man was injured after being beaten by a fellow shopper at a Sears department store, WTOP reports.
Police say the man was beaten by another customer after the two began arguing while in line at the store at Dulles Town Center on Sunday afternoon. The suspect in the beating made a racial comment about customer service at the store and another customer took offense.
The suspect then attacked the victim.
Police are reviewing surveillance video from the store to help them locate the suspect.

Wait till the suspect is arrested and he's stuck in jail with the minorities he obviously hates. Revenge will be sweet. I hope he likes being the b!tch of the biggest black guy in jail.

He probably "Wayne P." of Horn Motors, whom the Post interviewed in this story.

Probably the same woman who called me a 'cracker' in the Safeway parking lot last year.

So, Blackforestcherry and B-rod, please explain how ASSUMING the offender is white isn't racist?

No ethnicity was mentioned for any parties.
It seems the victim spoke the racial slur and the suspect (attacker) was offended. Assuming the race identity of either the suspect or the victim can be construed as a racist point of view.

actually, it was man of middle-eastern ethnicity who complained the white female clerk was treating his wife poorly because she wore an hajib.
when the white guy next to him defended the clerk the muslim attacked the white guy.
so, um, who's the racist?
and by the way, the clerk only asked the woman to reveal her face so she could verify identification for a cash refund.

There you go, so much for assumptions. Ignorance would be bliss if it were not so dangerous.

So, why didn't the WAPO report this part of the story, assuming it is true?

From WTOP story:
"He is described as a white man with brown hair, approximately 6'3" tall, with a heavy build."

I dont want confuse the issue with facts. and obviously neither does the Psst.
Why didnt the WPsst list facts easily obtained? hmm.... maybe for the same reason the Political Correctness police posting above jumped to conclusions - just plain lazy.

This article proves the fact the Washington Post seeks to fuel racial debate.
The WTOP article provides the description clear as day. "He is described as a white man with brown hair, approximately 6'3" tall, with a heavy build." The Post had to intentionally leave that part out!!!

"The suspect in the beating made a racial comment about customer service at the store and another customer took offense.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It sounds like the thug who metted out the beating was also the same person who made the racially insensitive remark, which the victim took offense to.
