An alleged drunk driver with a record of numerous motor vehicle violations in recent years, including two drunken-driving cases for which he served 20 days in jail, is accused of hitting head on the nuns vehicle. Carlos A. Martinelly-Montano, 23, has been charged with Mosier's death and injuring her fellow sister.
