Va. retailers promote "Buy Local" plate

Virginia retailers are pushing a plan to create "Buy Local" license plates in Virginia, WTOP reports.
The Retail Alliance is attempting to persuade 350 people to sign up for prepaid license plate applications before the General Assembly convenes next month to make the plate a reality.
