United flight diverted due to odd smell
A flight taking off from Dulles Airport on Tuesday evening was forced to land in Iowa because of an "unusual smell," United Airlines officials said, according to WUSA .
Flight 846 from Dulles to San Francisco landed in Des Moines as a precaution because of the smell. Another plane was sent to allow passengers to continue the trip.

Iowa is a big farming state. Des Moines is not the place to land if you're senstitive to strange smells.
