Arlington to test warning speakers today

Arlington residents in the vicinity of the courthouse may hear a loud horn Thursday between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. The county's office of emergency management will be testing the outdoor warning system speakers.
Loud horns and/or a test message will be broadcast.
