A concert by Virginia-native Chris Brown scheduled for Friday in Fredericksburg has been canceled after a representative for the R&B singer said Brown never signed a contract for the event, according to a report by the Free Lance-Star.
Fliers had been distributed promoting the concert, and $20 tickets were being sold by several outlets, the report said.
A local youth mentoring charity had promoted the event and was set to receive some of the proceeds, according to the fliers.
