A Northern Virginia driving school instructor has been charged with sexual battery after he allegedly touched a student inappropriately, ABC 7 reports.

A 25-year-old Manassas woman told investigators that Michael Zollner Jr., 51, touched her inappropriately during a driving lesson on March 10.

Zollner, who is listed as president and owner of All Star Driving School, was arrested March 12. He is free on $2,500 bond.
