Power restored to Northern Va. customers

Power has been restored to the 31,200 Northern Virginia customers who lost power Wednesday morning after a Fairfax Fire and Rescue truck struck a transmission line.
Dominion spokeswoman Le-Ha Anderson said the truck hit the line about 8:45 a.m. outside the Fairfax Fire and Rescue station at 9610 Hampton Road in Lorton.
Power was restored by 10:30 a.m.
