Va. man arrested in daughter's death
A 34-year-old man suspected in the slayings of his 3-year-old daughter and her mother in Alexandria was arrested Thursday night in New York, Crime Scene reports.
Simon Bahta Asfeha, of Alexandria, is accused of slitting the throats of Seble G. Tessema, 27, and their daughter. The mother and daugher were found dead April 11 in an apartment in the 300 block of South Reynolds Street by officers who responded to the report of a domestic disturbance.
Police identified Asfeha as a suspect soon after the killings. T

An Alexandria man accused of killing his 3-year-old daughter and her mother has been arrested by New York City police, ABC 7 reports.
Authorities have been searching for Simon Asfeha, 34, since April 11, when police responded to a domestic disturbance report. They found 27-year-old Seble Tessema, and her daughter, dead.
Both had been stabbed to death.
