Trapped in Metro station?
A 25-year-old woman says she was trapped in a Virginia Metro station in the early hours of Wednesday morning, Fox 5 reports.
Chrissy Shugars said she had forgotten to transfer to a Blue Line train at the Rosslyn station and figured she could take an inbound train at Virginia Square. The electronic sign board said a train would be arriving in nine minutes. But a train never came and when she walked up the stairs, she discovered she'd been locked inside the station. She called a friend who called Arlington Police who called Metro Police who came and let Shugars out. Metro officials said they are investigating the incident.
