Woodbridge man charged in accidental shooting
A Woodbridge man has been charged with reckless handling of a firearm after he accidentally shot his neighbor while loading and unloading his shotgun, Prince William County police say.
ABC 7 reports that Anthony Michael Randall allegedly shot his neighbor Thursday. Randall, 48, was practicing unloading and loading his shotgun when it fired accidentally. The shotgun blast went through his house and into a neighbor's house, striking a woman in the face with a pellet as she stood on her deck.
She was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
