Washington Times reportedly leaving the District

The Washington Times is giving up its headquarters New York Avenue in Northeast, according to a report by U.S. News and World Report.
The paper is planning to move out of its longtime headquarters by spring and is said to be seeking a building in Virginia or Maryland near a Metro station.
