On Wisconsin Ave. in Glover Park: our big apartment building has been without water for 24 hours. Last night, in the street out front of the Russian Embassy, there was a small stream of frozen water running downhill toward Calvert Street.
Please continue to offer updates on reported breaks and time estimates for fixes. Thank you for covering this.
