Woman assaulted while pushing stroller

By Washington Post Editors

Police in Virginia say a woman was pushing her child in a baby stroller when she was sexually assaulted.

Manassas police Assistant Capt. Art Dennis says the woman was walking in Stonewall Park when she was approached by a man on a bicycle. The man allegedly got off the bike and grabbed the woman. Dennis says the woman was able to fight off her attacker and the child was not injured.

Anyone with information about the attack is encouraged to call crime solvers at 703-330-0330.
