Betting where you bank?

A politically and socially equitable solution to locating slot machines in Maryland would be to put the machines everywhere, like ATMs. This would mitigate concerns about slots having a disproportionate effect on people with lower incomes, since everyone would be exposed to the machines more or less equally.
In fact, why not let ATM manufacturers partner with slot machine makers to create an all-in-one machine? Then, people throughout the state could step up to any ATM, swipe their card, punch in their PIN and choose between Deposit, Withdraw Cash, Transfer Funds and I Feel Lucky.
