Does anyone have a good simple recipe for stewed tomatoes? I can't quite seem to get the sugar measurement correct. Thanky.

In Kims mac and cheese recipe, she includes stewed tomatoes...

I thought Kim wasn't coming back until March 12.

I just baked my first angel food cake. The instructions said not to underbake it, so I left it in the oven a few extra minutes. The bottom of the cake has a little burn on it and my townhouse smells like - well - a paper fire. The cake seems to taste ok but what's the secret to baking it "just right"?

Add another a[vocado] to asparagus and artichoke and you have three of the best green foods on the planet.
