Mystics Edge Dream 81-75

Three games into the Jessie Kenlaw era, the Mystics are 2-1. And Taj McWilliams-Franklin credits a dramatic change in coaching style for the team's improved play.

"Coach Kenlaw is definitely more enthusiastic," McWilliams-Franklin told the Associated Press. "She is constantly motivating us. That's her style."

Here's the game story.

And the box score.

Washington has just one more game before the Olympic break, tomorrow at home vs. the Sun. What do you think of the new-look Mystics under Kenlaw? Are they significantly different than the team who played under Tree Rollins?

Too bad this coaching change wasn't made earlier. The Mystics are a better team under Kenlaw and could have been at .500 if the switch had been made a month ago.
