Beard to Twitter During All Star Game
For those who are Twitter savvy, you may have noticed that every level of the WNBA has embraced the 140-character count nuggets -- from players to teams and even league President Donna Orender.
During the WNBA All Star game Saturday in Uncasville, Conn., they're taking it to a new level as Alana Beard (@alanabeard20) and Seattle's Swin Cash (@SwinCash) will tweet during pregame, postgame, halftime, timeouts and well, you get the idea. Several other players and ESPN broadcasters will also be tweeting throughout the festivities.
You'll be able to check out the tweets on ESPN.com and also via the league's twitter feed @wnba.
