Dream 72, Mystics 65
Washington has now dropped three of its past four contests as Atlanta forwards Chamique Holdsclaw and Sancho Lyttle combined for 34 points to lead the Dream in their second consecutive win over the Mystics.

*The Mystics committed an astounding 28 turnovers and came up with just nine steals in the loss. Atlanta finished with 18 turnovers and 17 steals.
*Washington missed its first nine 3-point attempts before Matee Ajavon finally broke the streak with two successful shots from behind the arc in the fourth quarter.
*Nakia Sanford and Chasity Melvin combined for 12 points but held their own on the glass with eight and nine rebounds, respectively. The Mystics out-rebounded the Dream 40-29.
