Outfielder Ryan Langerhans has cleared waivers and will report to Class AAA Columbus, thus keeping him in the Nationals' system.

That means that in the Jose Vidro-to-Seattle trade, the Nationals' ultimate outcome is Wily Mo Pena and Langerhans.
